You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

This is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including UK regulations where applicable.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will provide return instructions.

 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days
  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method

Please note: your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

 Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items received

If you want a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped

If your order has been shipped, you can still return it following this policy.

 Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Item

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Return shipping will be covered by us

Lost Parcel

  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund

 Processing Timeframes

  • Return request: within 30 days of delivery
  • Inspection: within 7 business days after receiving return
  • Refund: within 10 business days after approval

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
