SHIPPING AND TRACKING
When can I expect my package to arrive?
At Navose, we prioritize a seamless delivery experience for our UK customers. Every order includes complimentary shipping with no hidden handling fees at checkout.
Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Includes quality inspection and secure packaging).
Transit Time: 6–12 business days once shipped.
Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your tracking code as soon as the courier scans your package.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes, we ship to the United Kingdom. We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK with no minimum purchase required.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your shipment. You can also check your tracking information on our Track Your Order page.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What are the return rules?
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. Items that show signs of wear or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

When will I get my money back?
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
